Regional Operations Manager - Dialysis Operations

Innovative Renal Care is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to support and lead operations across eight dialysis clinics in Rhode Island: Pawtucket, Providence, East Providence, Johnston, Wakefield, Warwick, Westerly, and Woonsocket.
This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who enjoys guiding Clinic Managers, improving performance across multiple sites, and ensuring patients receive safe, highquality dialysis care. RN required (BSN preferred) based on the clinical complexity of dialysis and the needs of this region.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations, performance, compliance, and financial management across 8 dialysis clinics
- Lead and mentor Clinic Managers and Nurse Managers
- Ensure clinics meet quality, safety, regulatory, and patientcare standards
- Partner with medical directors, physician groups, and hospital partners
- Support budgeting, staffing models, labor planning, and financial reviews
- Drive continuous quality improvement and survey readiness
- Manage reporting, service agreements, and facility maintenance needs
- Assist with new program or clinic startups in the region
- Collaborate with the Regional VP on business development and Joint Venture activities
What We're Looking For
- RN required (BSN preferred) based on the clinical complexity of dialysis and the needs of this region. Exceptional nonRN healthcare leaders with strong multisite experience may also be considered.
- 2 years of multisite healthcare operations leadership
- Dialysis or ESRD nursing experience preferred (12 months)
- 3-5 years of clinical management experience in an ESRD facility preferred
- BLS and CPR certification required
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
- Skilled in coaching leaders and managing performance across multiple sites
- Comfortable with budgets, data, and operational decisionmaking
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analytics tools
