The Regional Administrator works closely with regional leadership on a wide range of responsibilities related to operational and financial management, which contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the region. This individual exercises discretion in applying professional knowledge to administrative, data analysis, project management, and process optimization efforts across assigned region(s).

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. MHA or MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support regional leadership with performance monitoring, KPI achievement, and business planning.
- Analyze labor efficiency, patient scheduling, and supply ordering; identify cost savings and ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and profit/loss analysis; respond to budget inquiries and support review meetings with physicians/JV partners.
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations for regional leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate onboarding for Clinic Managers and regional staff; approve patient admissions and support credentialing and compliance tasks.
- Assist with cost allocation, regional accounting, and payroll tracking; monitor PTO for Clinic Managers.
- Support execution of corporate initiatives, project management, and communication across assigned regions.
- Visit clinics as needed for onboarding, meetings, and operational support.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, travel coordination, licensure support, record retention, and ABIM verifications.
- Exercise discretion in addressing and escalating issues appropriately; ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of regional operations.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $75,000 / year depending on experience and qualifications
