The Home Clinic Manager performs professional supervisory nursing practice in providing
care and services to home dialysis patients throughout multiple area PD/HHD and TCU programs.
Work involves overall responsibility for supervising the provision of quality care provided as part of
the PD/HHD programs. This individual is responsible for maintaining the quality and adequacy of
patient care. Position exercises considerable judgment in applying professional knowledge in
solving clinical and administrative problems within established policies and practices and is
reviewed by the governing body of the facility and by the medical director through conferences,
reports and observation of results obtained.

- Sign On Bonus available, dependent on years of experience*
- Current RN licensure in the state of the facility; BSN preferred.
- 12 months of home dialysis nursing experience.
- 6 months of experience with kidney failure patients or transplant care, including dialysis training.
- 3-5 years of clinical and management experience in an ESRD facility preferred.
- BLS and CPR certifications.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret safety, operating, and procedural documents.
