Overview
Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our dialysis clinic in Beaumont, TX. This role is responsible for clinic performance across clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staffing, and financial operations, in close partnership with physician leadership and regional operations.
This position is well suited for a strong healthcare operator who thrives in a regulated clinical environment, enjoys being hands-on, and takes ownership of outcomes. Both RN and non-RN candidates with relevant leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

Clinic Operations Manager – Dialysis

This role is responsible for clinic performance across clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staffing, and financial operations, in close partnership with physician leadership and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational, clinical, and regulatory functions of the dialysis clinic.
- Ensure consistent delivery of safe, high-quality dialysis care in compliance with federal, state, and company standards.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management to align with patient volume and acuity.
- Manage clinic financial performance, including expense control, staffing efficiency, and budget adherence.
- Maintain survey readiness at all times and actively participate in regulatory inspections.
- Partner with the Medical Director, nurse leaders, and regional operations to drive performance and address issues proactively.
- Hire, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing, accountable team.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Healthcare operations or clinic leadership experience required; dialysis experience preferred but not required.
- RN, LVN, or non-clinical healthcare administrators with relevant leadership experience will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in dialysis or another highly regulated healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience with clinic operations, staff leadership, and financial oversight.
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance, including CMS Conditions for Coverage, QAPI, infection control, and survey readiness, or the ability to learn quickly.
- BLS and CPR certification required, or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Current or former Facility Administrators, Clinic Managers, Practice Managers, Nurse Managers, Operations Managers, or leaders in similar healthcare roles.
- Healthcare leaders who enjoy being present in the clinic, solving operational issues in real time, and supporting staff and patients.
- Operators who effectively balance quality of care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance with minimal oversight.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
