Candidate must be organized and able to work independently and must possess solid management and computer skills.
Work Experience
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment; BSN preferred.
- 12 months of nursing experience.
- Meets state/licensing requirements.
- 6 months of experience in kidney failure/transplant care, including dialysis training.
- 3-5 years of clinical and management experience in an ESRD facility preferred.
- BLS and CPR certification required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret safety and procedural documents.
