About the Role
Innovative Property Solutions is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Client Services Representative to support our HOA division. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, keeping things running smoothly, and creating a positive first impression for homeowners, board members, vendors, and staff. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being the communication hub of an office, we want to meet you!
Position Details
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- $15 - $16 per hour
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact greeting visitors and managing incoming calls and emails
- Provide professional communication support to homeowners and board members
- Support division staff with scheduling, research, and workflow coordination
- Assist with accounts receivable coordination and basic administrative tasks
- Help prepare and distribute homeowner communications
- Collaborate with the marketing team by identifying and sharing moments that highlight the value of professional association management
- Maintain awareness of social media trends and platform algorithms to support visibility and engagement
- Assist in creating clear, professional content that reflects the company’s standards and reinforces trust with board members and homeowners
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Keep the front office welcoming, efficient, and running smoothly
