Innovative Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is a PT-owned outpatient practice serving Northwest Indiana through our Chesterton, Crown Point, and Valparaiso clinics. We were built around a simple belief: patients do better when their therapist has the time, autonomy, and continuity to treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Our owner is still actively treating patients, and our model is intentionally hands-on and patient-centered. We do not build our care around group therapy. We focus on individualized treatment, clinical reasoning, manual therapy, movement, education, and helping patients get back to the lives they want to live.

Responsibilities

What you will do

As a Physical Therapist with Innovative, you will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient private practice setting, build individualized plans of care, and help patients progress through hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, education, and functional movement.

You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with your patients, collaborate with other clinicians, and contribute to a clinic culture where quality care comes first.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) with a passion for patient-centered care

Pay Range

Salary : $20,000 - $102,000
