Pay Range: $180k - $230k – commensurate with experience

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or similar). An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to build strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of business needs in alignment with the company’s digital strategy, corporate goals, and functional priorities.
- Conduct gap analyses and develop investment recommendations that directly support strategic business objectives.
- Work in partnership with the Program Management Office (PMO) to create and maintain roadmaps that effectively balance corporate priorities with available resources.
- Serve as the primary owner and architect for the ServiceNow platform, establishing it as the core enterprise service management solution. Oversee all IT-supporting applications on the platform, including existing modules (such as ITSM and ITAM) and planned future implementations.
- Lead demand management and execution of a project portfolio, including clear scoping, prioritization, risk assessment, timeline and budget planning, and vendor oversight.
- Define and maintain architectures for processes, systems, integrations, policies, and data within the ServiceNow environment, encompassing technical standards, integration approaches, instance management, and upgrade strategies.
- Apply industry best practices for mapping business capabilities, capturing requirements, and managing vendors throughout implementation and support phases.
- Build and lead a ServiceNow Center of Excellence, delivering guidance, training, and support to internal teams while establishing standards for development, testing, release processes, and platform governance.
- Design and deploy integrated, automated workflows that enhance efficiency and maintain audit readiness, supported by comprehensive documentation, cross-training, and effective vendor management.
- Ensure full compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, and GxP validation standards, including IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and robust audit trail capabilities.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard new ServiceNow products and features in line with overall IT strategy. Perform build-vs-buy analyses and assess third-party integrations and marketplace offerings.
Skills / Minimum Experience:
- 7 years of hands-on leadership experience managing a ServiceNow platform or development team, with strong expertise across multiple functional areas and demonstrated depth in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- 10 years of progressive IT applications experience, including at least 7 years partnering with various business units to deliver new IT-enabled capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and successfully drive complex initiatives with senior leadership.
- Strong business systems analysis capabilities and solid experience with SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Deep background in IT operations, administration, and enterprise solution delivery.
- 3 years of direct people management experience, including hiring, developing, and retaining technical professionals.
- Willingness to dive into hands-on work when needed to support team objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, federated organizational model.
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical industry within a GxP-compliant environment is strongly preferred.
Salary : $180,000 - $230,000
