Licensed Pest Control Technician Compensation
- Pay: We're offering a salary of $50,000 ? $85,000 per year (base pay & performance/production bonuses).
- Schedule: You'll work flexible hours during the day shift. We cover locations throughout SoCal.

- Inspecting homes and businesses for signs of pests before performing safe and compliant removal and heat treatment services
- Following all regulations and company policies as you remove bed bugs, structural pests, and more
- Detailing your work in accurate service reports
- Keeping your work truck and equipment clean and well-maintained
- Treating every client and property respectfully
- Valid California Branch 2 license
- Current CA driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in confined and heated environments
- Ability to serve locations throughout San Diego County, CA
- Professional appearance and customer service-focused attitude
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)
- Commercial pest control experience
- Heat treatment experience
