WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR BRANCH 2 LEAD TECHNICIAN - CLEAN-OUT SERVICES TEAM?
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position.
As our Branch 2 Lead Technician - Clean-out Services Team, your day is a dynamic blend of hands-on work and leadership. You are the driving force behind a dedicated two-person crew, ensuring every job is completed with precision and efficiency. You take charge, not only performing critical pest control cleanout services in commercial and residential settings but also providing direct mentorship to a junior technician. Following strict Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles, you maintain a sharp eye for detail and uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. Throughout it all, you deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism while meticulously reporting service details and maintaining necessary documentation.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A BRANCH 2 LEAD TECHNICIAN - CLEAN-OUT SERVICES TEAM:
- Valid Branch 2 Field Representative license
- Valid Class C driver's license
- 5 years of licensed driving experience with a clean driving record
- Strong Integrated Pest Management (IPM) experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and stringent in managing regimented, document-heavy programs
- Sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to follow detailed protocols and maintain the highest standards of precision
- Ability to train and mentor others effectively
