Position Overview:

HAVN Extracts / Stingers Brand is seeking full-time Cannabis Production Technician to join our production team at our North Oxford, MA facility. This role will primarily focus on the preparation, assembly, and packaging of cannabis prerolls while operating production equipment in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and related equipment
• Assist with the filling, packaging, labeling, and assembly of cannabis prerolls
• Monitor machine performance and ensure products meet company quality standards
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Maintain accurate inventory counts of materials and finished goods
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines
• Keep workstations and production areas clean, organized, and compliant with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform additional production and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a repetitive production environment
• Comfortable operating machinery and performing hands-on production work
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working on a structured schedule
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine operation is a plus but not required
• Comfortable handling cannabis products in a regulated environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Comfortable performing repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
• May require bending, reaching, and walking throughout the facility

Additional Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old
• Must pass background checks as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• This is an on-site position; remote work is not available
