Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packaging process, ensuring that products are prepared for shipment in compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of packaging techniques, adherence to LCB regulations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD**
Duties
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Assemble and prepare products for packaging according to specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with LCB regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to quality standards.
- Keep track of and maintain a correct inventory.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Skills
- · Read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards
- Understand and follow directions as given
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous, particularly in a fast-paced setting.
- Work with minimal supervision
