Job Description
Innovative Mobile Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Commercial Vehicle A/C Installation Technicians for a short-term project in the Philadelphia area.
This role involves installing air conditioning systems in school buses and commercial shuttle buses. We are looking for dependable, skilled technicians who can work efficiently in a team-oriented shop environment and deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Install A/C components including compressors, condensers, evaporators, hoses, and electrical systems
- Complete installations accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive or mechanical experience preferred
- Experience using hand tools and working in a shop environment
- Ability to handle physical workload (lifting, standing, bending)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must provide own tools
- Smartphone required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mobile A/C systems
- EPA 609 Certification
- Technical school training or equivalent experience
