This position is ideal for a provider who values subtle enhancement, patient education, and building lasting relationships rooted in trust.Position Overview:The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will provide advanced injectable and regenerative treatments while delivering a seamless, concierge-level experience from consultation to follow-up. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical excellence, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for aesthetic medicine.This is not a high-volume, transactional environment. We prioritize quality, thoughtful treatment planning, and artistry.Responsibilities:Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with precision and advanced techniqueConduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations with a focus on natural, balanced outcomesDevelop individualized, long-term treatment plans tailored to patient goalsAdminister PRP for hair restoration and joint support, micro needling, and regenerative therapiesOperate advanced skin technology devices and energy-based treatmentsProvide detailed pre- and post-procedure educationMaintain meticulous clinical documentationUphold a polished, luxury treatment environmentCollaborate closely with the Medical Director and team to maintain the highest clinical standardsPursue ongoing education to remain current with aesthetic innovationsQualifications:Active and unrestricted California RN licenseMinimum of 1 year of injectable experience requiredDemonstrated proficiency with Botox and dermal fillersStrong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balanceExperience in a med spa or aesthetic medical practice requiredCurrent BLS certificationProfessional, polished presence and excellent communication skillsGrowth-oriented mindset with a desire to refine technique and expand skillsetBSN preferred.
