Project Risk Analyst

Title: Enterprise Risk & Strategy Specialist

Location: Richland, WA

Duration: Long Term Contract

Per Diem: Available for Non-Locals

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance the enterprise risk register.
• Develop and execute risk assurance mapping and support audits.
• Conduct risk assessments, internal control evaluations, and follow-up reviews.
• Gather and analyze data on risks, controls, and mitigation activities.
• Create and update risk management policies, procedures, and tools.
• Deliver training and workshops to strengthen organizational risk culture.
• Prepare audit findings, reports, and presentations for leadership and Board review.
• Collaborate with business units, senior leadership, and the Executive Board Auditor.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support special projects, benchmarking studies, and periodic refueling outage activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree 7 years' related experience

OR Associate degree 9 years
OR High school/GED 11 years

• Strong knowledge of risk identification, prioritization, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience assessing internal controls and supporting audits.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $68.00 per hour
