Job Role: MEP Manager
Location: Elizabeth, NJ
Duration: Full time

Skill Required

• Manage the performance of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and HVAC systems in coordination with overall project construction.
• Oversee systems coordination and installation for HVAC, Electrical (Fire Alarm, Security, Public Address, IT), and Plumbing (sprinkler, fire suppression, domestic water) on projects of similar size/scope.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, on-site pre-installation coordination, and MEP installation activities.
• Ensure specified and approved systems are fully installed and functioning per Design-Build plans and specifications.
• Review, track, and log all MEP submittals; perform pencil copy reviews.
• Supervise inspections of MEP systems and equipment.
• Manage and coordinate commissioning and startup of building systems with the Commissioning Agent.
• Maintain up-to-date MEP plans and specifications.
• Walk all MEP code inspections with DCA inspectors.
• Prepare daily MEP scope reports, including photos.
• Provide oversight and management of the Design-Builder’s QA/QC programs for MEP work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
