Title: Maintenance Technician

Role Summary:
Hands-on maintenance leadership role in a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing environment. Responsible for maintenance planning, scheduling, equipment reliability, and breakdown analysis with a strong daily floor presence. Owns PM health, backlog control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS backlog management
- Drive daily floor execution, breakdown reviews, and schedule adherence
- Lead reliability initiatives, breakdown elimination, and PM optimization
- Track and present maintenance KPIs and improvement plans to site leadership
- Own maintenance documentation, standards, and change management
- Partner with storeroom on parts availability, usage, and cost control
- Coach and develop maintenance technicians and operators
- Support new equipment installs, vendor testing, and equipment design input
- Enforce safety standards and deliver SQCDMN performance targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
- 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance leadership experience
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
- Experience in 24/7 manufacturing environments preferred
- Proficiency with CMMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Flexible schedule to support nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

- Schedule flexibility required to support 24/7 operations

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
