Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: City of Industry, CA
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to convert to perm!
Schedule: Dayshift Monday Through Friday 05:45AM- 3:45PM
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing with proven maintenance or reliability leadership.
Technical & Leadership Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling tools, and reliability-centered systems.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office; SAP or other CMMS systems preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
