Title: Perl Web Developer
Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: Contract
Work Schedule & Environment:
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- May occasionally require weekend or holiday work as needed.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule – work from home on Monday and Friday; on-site attendance required Tuesday through Thursday.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field with a focus on software development.
- Technical Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, with a solid understanding of relational databases.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Common Gateway Interface (CGI) web-based development using PERL on an open-source platform (e.g., LAMP stack).
- Minimum 1 year of experience with the Linux operating system, including command-line navigation and file creation using a text editor (e.g., Vi).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour
