- Preferably having MTA project experience in Change Orders and Claims
- Experience with project management and document control software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other document management systems.
- Ability to interpret cost and schedule data.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and building codes.
