Innovative Machining, LLC is on the hunt for a talented CNC Vertical Milling Machinist/Operator to join our dynamic team on 1st, 2nd, or Weekend shift.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in a metal manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required. We provide robust on-the-job training.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of machining principles, tool selection, and cutting parameters.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with CNC controls and programming.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: (4/10's) Monday-Thursday, 5 am to 3 pm.
- 2nd Shift: (3/12's) Monday-Wednesday, 3 pm to 3 am.
- Weekend Shift: (3/12's) Friday-Sunday, 5 am to 5 pm.
- Training: 2nd and Weekend Shift must train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks (4/10's) Monday-Thursday, 5 am to 3 pm.
- Perks: 2nd and Weekend Shift work 36 hours and get paid for 40.
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $23/hr. - $34/hr., based on experience.
- Shift Premium: $1.50/hr. for 2nd and Weekend shifts.
- Overtime: Available depending on workload.
