Innovative Machining Technology, Inc. is a full-service machining and fabrication facility dedicated to the manufacturing of OEM components for the power generation industry.
Our Boyertown facility currently has an opening for an experienced CNC machine operator. We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented, goal driven, team member. You'll be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring parts are produced accurately and on time while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. IMT is a Drug-Free Workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Select proper tooling and fixtures, making necessary offsets and adjustments.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
- 2 satisfactory references from previous employers
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
