We’re growing and looking to add experienced Crew Leaders/ professionals to our full-service lawn care teams. This is a full-time, year-round position with steady work and a strong team environment.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and take pride in quality work
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional lawn care experience is mandatory (references required)
About the Role:
We’ve served high-end residential clients and commercial properties for 25 years, and our lawn crews do far more than just mow. We fully manage the landscape, so applicants must have experience with:
- Properly striping lawns using 52” walk-behind mowers (not zero-turn/sit-on mowers)
- Weed-eating and edging
- Shrub trimming
- Hand-weeding
- Final detail work and landscape finishing
