The Production Nightshift Manager supervises production employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment. The manager is responsible for making sure the team upholds the high safety standards set by Innovative Labs. Manager will also ensure that the team upholds the quality standards of our company and customers. The manager also works very closely with leads and managers in support departments. Manager tasks could include: Structure labor to accommodate daily production plans. Assigns daily work, implements policies and procedures. Oversee and facilitate team development and individual growth. Set goals and development plans for team members. Regularly analyze and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. Typical staff size is 3 leads, 40 production workers. Is responsible for coordinating training to Leads as well as production employees. Use RedZone as a management tool to guide the shift production and output. Use Data Ninja effectively to ensure inventory is robust and accurate.
As a Night Shift Production Manager. you will:
• Ensure effective employee relations.
• Provide employee coaching and development and makes labor allocation decisions.
• Resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
• Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
• Work to continuously improve in all areas.
• Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to Director of Manufacturing.
• Provide leadership through a 30-day planning cycle.
• Check for proper inventory levels, and inventory software consumption accuracy.
• Manage department priorities.

•The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas were under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.
