This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rehabilitation Manager located in Sacramento, CA. The Rehabilitation Manager will oversee the daily operations of rehabilitation services, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating care plans, working closely with medical staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Rehabilitation Manager will also provide direct patient care, develop and implement therapy programs, and support continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Experience in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy
- Knowledge and skills in Medicine and Rehabilitation practices
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
- Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field
- State licensure in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Therapy is preferred
- Previous experience in a senior care or healthcare setting is a plus
