Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating embroidery machines or similar textile manufacturing equipment.
- Basic understanding of embroidery patterns, thread types, and fabric characteristics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or design templates.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training or certification in textile manufacturing or embroidery technology.
- Experience with computerized embroidery machines and related software.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures for embroidery equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production schedules.
