Solid knowledge of multiple pc and tablet platforms
Experience supporting Windows 11
Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
ServiceNow experience
SCCM experience a plus
License/Certifications: Must obtain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) clearance within 30 days of start date.
