Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team. As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will provide direct support and care to residents in short-term community homes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with independent living skills, such as budgeting, attending medical appointments, and medication administration
- Helping residents establish healthy social boundaries, pick healthy meals, and develop positive relationships

Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
