Responsibilities
• Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
• Identify homes that may benefit from remodeling or energy-efficient upgrades
• Educate homeowners on company products, services, and financing programs
• Schedule free in-home consultations for windows, doors, roofing, bathroom remodeling, solar, and HVAC services
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads
Requirements
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Outgoing personality and comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Previous canvassing, customer service, hospitality, retail, or door-to-door experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
