Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fountain Technician, based in Jacksonville, FL. The Fountain Technician will perform daily tasks such as installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining water fountain systems. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components, testing and treating water quality, and ensuring all equipment is fully operational and compliant with safety standards. The role requires both technical expertise and strong attention to detail to provide optimal service to customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of water fountain systems or similar equipment
- Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Knowledge of water treatment practices and water quality testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to work independently and on-site with clients, adapting to day-to-day needs
- Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment, work outdoors, and perform technical tasks
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for on-site work
- Prior experience with fountain systems or relevant mechanical/electrical work is preferred but not required
