What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powder Fill Team Member position at INNOVATIVE FORMULATIONS LLC?
Position Overview:
The Powder Fill Personnel receives is responsible for staging the room with the right bottles, lids, scoops, desiccants, and blended powder per the product paperwork. Powder Fill Personnel is responsible for distributing blended powder to the goal weight into bottles containing proper scoop and desiccants before placing a lid on bottle to be sealed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Following all SOPs applicable to performing job duties.
· Transporting in bulk powder, scoops, desiccants, and bottles
· Verifying that all product is correct according to the production paperwork.
· Filling machines (powder hopper, bottle descrambler, desiccant machine, and scoop machine) during operation
· Applying lids tight.
· Cleaning of rooms as required
· Tasks assigned by management.
Supervision Received:
Powder Fill Manager will direct day to day tasks as needed.
Supervision Exercised: None
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Food safe certification a plus but not required.
Experience: Food production experience preferred but not required
Skills: Strong organizational, time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, able to take and follow directions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
