Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Lead to oversee a small team dedicated to producing high-quality projects. This role involves leading by example, coordinating production tasks, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team in the production of various creative projects, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
- Oversee the processes of cutting, assembling, painting, and packaging products.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
- Foster a positive and fun working environment while meeting production goals.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds as necessary.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of blueprints and experience with fabrication and assembly.
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools, tape measures, and power tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in graphic design is a plus.
- Familiarity with creative project workflows and manufacturing processes.
