Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate. The role is located in Houston, TX. Sales Associate’s will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their flooring needs, providing product information, and developing sales strategies. The Sales Associate will also manage customer relationships, ensure excellent customer service, and coordinate with the installation team to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Knowledge of commercial flooring products and installation processes is preferred
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Must have personal vehicle with valid drivers license and be willing to travel to project jobsites
