As a leading service-oriented company, IE's vertically integrated approach offers diverse group services and specialized skills on time and on budget. Essential, Mission-Critical or Routine services have included Maintenance, Specialty Cleaning & Services, Restoration, and Construction to Hospitals/Healthcare , Industrial/Commercial , Education, and Government Industry Sectors. As a part of our team, the Technical Sales representative will maintain customer satisfaction with existing accounts as well as develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain relations with existing accounts
- Develop new and expanded business opportunities within our established business sectors
- Field/site evaluations and inspections providing direct client support
- Prepare proposals in coordination with company operations
- Clearly identify and provide necessary technical information to company operations
- Project orientated, Work flexible hours as needed based on client requirements, occasional weekends
- Research and interpret various federal, state, and municipal regulations as they relate to company services and business sectors
Qualifications:
- Self-Motivated, able to work alone with little direction
- Results orientated/sense of urgency – ability to drive to tight timelines
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- ·High level of attention to detail
- ·Must have reliable personal vehicle. And valid driver's license issued in the United States.
- Experience preferred in any of the following work environments: Facility Management, Technical Sales, Industrial cleaning, Fire/Water/Flood damage, Mold remediation, Commercial Kitchens and Exhaust systems, MEP, Duct cleaning, HVAC, Bio-Hazards, Restoration, and/or Specialty Construction services
