Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide part-time support for an adult with autism in the community.
Duties
- Accompany and support the individual during community outings (shopping, walks, activities, appointments)
- Assist with social engagement and recreational activities
- Encourage independence and positive daily routines
- Ensure safety and provide supportive companionship
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Patient, dependable, and caring personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Background check required
Students majoring in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or Autism Studies who are looking for hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
