Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Tax Associate Attorney to join a well-established mid-size Pacific Northwest law firm representing clients in a wide range of matters. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic and busy law practice!
Tis role is fulltime and onsite role at the prestigious law firm in Portland, Oregon.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate directly with clients to resolve tax issues and provide proactive guidance
- Prepare personal and business tax projections and quarterly estimates
- Lead business and personal income tax compliance, strategy and planning for client
- Participating in the proposal process for potential new clients
- Respond to tax notices on behalf of the clients
- 5 years of experience in U.S. federal tax matters and state experience, either at public accounting firm or law firm.
REQUIREMENTS:
- An active Oregon Bar
- An LLM in taxation is preferred, but not required.
- 5 years of experience in Tax matters
- Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
