Innovation Driven is seeking an Family Law Associate Attorney to join the team at an outstanding law firm in Madison, New Jersey.
This is a fulltime and hybrid (3 days onsite/2 remote) position at a law firm in Madison, NJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on family law matters
- Drafting legal documents
- Representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations
- Negotiating with opposing counsel
- Conducting legal research and managing case deadlines
- Provide clients with advice on a variety of family law matters
- Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- JD from an accredited law school
- 1-5 years of Family Law Experience
- New Jersey bar admission required
- Family Law clerkship a plus.
- Strong legal writing skills required
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
