Site Manager
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 7 AM – finish (approximately 5 PM)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead by example on the floor. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and experience operating warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workflow
- Unload incoming freight and oversee proper handling of materials
- Sort and segregate inventory accurately and efficiently
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Utilize computer systems for reporting, tracking, and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including:
- Forklift
- Pallet jack
- Clamp machine
- Support and guide team members to meet productivity and quality expectations
Work Environment
- Warehouse / distribution setting
- Warehouse is a cooler/freezer dock.
- Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and equipment operation
Requirements
- Previous site supervision or lead experience preferred
- Equipment operation experience required (forklift, pallet jack, clamp)
- Strong computer skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours and stay until job completion
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
