What You'll Do:
As a Busser, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the smooth flow of service by ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. You’ll support our servers, help keep the restaurant spotless, and ensure every table is ready to impress.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the restaurant clean and ready for the next guest by wiping down tables, chairs, and floors between seatings
- Take charge of resetting tables quickly and efficiently while maintaining a polished atmosphere
- Be knowledgeable about our menu and beverage offerings.
- Help deliver food to guests, especially during peak periods and large parties
- Support your team and communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and management to keep everything running smoothly
- Ensure that restrooms are always in tip-top shape and inspect them regularly
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude, and leave them with a memorable goodbye
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both with guests and teammates
- A positive, upbeat attitude with a strong work ethic
- Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends – we’re looking for team players who can adapt to the flow of the restaurant
- A valid Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Training Certificate (must have upon hire)
- Ability to work standing for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and manage a physically demanding role
- Must be 18 years or older
