Analyst role leading the implementation of a Records Index with a records retention schedule. The individual will work with Records Management, Legal, and business users to gather requirements, document, and categorize all related records related to Engineering. Role will work directly with a business analyst to document, develop, and deploy a SharePoint solution.

Responsibilities
- Assess the current records and associated documentation
- Work with IT, Legal, Business, etc. to identify and document all Engineering records
- Develop the Records Index (integrating the current retention schedule) in SharePoint ensuring that it meets organizational standards and is scalable
- Hands on experience developing SharePoint lists / solutions
- Hands on experience supporting a Records Management environment
- Strong writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
