What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specimen Collection/Screening (Currently seeking Male Collector) position at Innovative Court Solutions, LLC?
We are currently seeking (2) males for this position as urine specimen collections require direct observation by same sex staff.
ICS provides drug, alcohol screening services to clients involved in the justice system, employers and other private entities.
No experience is necessary. You will be trained to conduct collections per laboratory policies and federal guidelines. Specimens are same sex, directly observed collections. This includes the direct observation of clients providing urinalysis specimens.
Office hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm. Closed daily 11:30am to 1:00pm for lunch. A minimum of one Saturday per month, 8:00am to noon. Oklahoma State Holidays off.
The current openings will have set working days and times, up to 31 hours per week based on availability. This is a part-time position, there are no other benefits offered.

Exceptional and consistent customer service. This is the backbone of this type of business.
Strong work ethic. We are a small business and need to be able to count on you to be at work when you are scheduled and to work while you are at work.
You will be working with a variety of customers including those experiencing court involvement. If you feel you cannot work with this population and maintain a high level of customer service and human kindness, do not apply.
Display attention to detail. This is imperative when dealing with chain of custody and court admissible documents. You could be called to testify.
Punctuality and dependability are a must.
Ability and willingness to follow direction and company policy.
Again - Be forthcoming with scheduling needs. This is a small business, and everyone's consistent presence is necessary to fulfill daily work demand.
May spend up to 2 to 3 hours at a time, daily, on your feet.
Must be able to operate basic Windows software systems and basic office equipment, phone, copier, and scanner.
