ICS is seeking an experienced Working Superintendent to join our team in a hands-on leadership role. This is not a desk job — we need someone who is equally comfortable with a tool belt on and running a crew as they are representing ICS in a GC meeting or managing job logistics across multiple active projects.

Field & Craft Work

• Perform hands-on trade work alongside your crew daily across ICS’s scopes: metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, insulation, painting, and wall coverings
• Lead by example — you are expected to work with your tools every day
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed per plans, specs, and ICS expectations
  
  
  

Supervision & Field Management

• Oversee and coordinate field crews across multiple concurrent job sites
• Manage daily crew assignments, productivity, and site safety compliance
• Submit accurate daily logs documenting crew hours, work completed, material usage, and site conditions
• Identify and communicate schedule risks, manpower needs, and field issues promptly
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and subcontractor activity on assigned projects
  
  
  

Project Meetings & Communication

• Attend General Contractor progress meetings on behalf of ICS for assigned projects
• Represent ICS professionally in all GC, owner, and trade partner interactions
• Report meeting outcomes, action items, and schedule updates to leadership
• Coordinate with Project Managers on RFIs, submittals, schedule changes, and field-level issues
