Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial roofing projects from contract award through completion.
- Review contracts, plans, specifications, and project sites.
- Coordinate project schedules, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Monitor budgets, job costs, material usage, and project profitability.
- Order materials, anticipate shortages, and minimize waste.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Resolve project issues, customer concerns, and subcontractor disputes professionally.
- Conduct jobsite visits, pre-progress-final walk-throughs, and final inspections.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team on billing, job costing, and project closeout.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and scheduling standards.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, accidents, or thefts and complete required documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial roofing management experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and construction practices.
- Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; project management software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
- An MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check will be conducted to determine eligibility to operate a company vehicle.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- Occasional weekend work as needed based on project demands
- On-site / On the road
- Projects located throughout assigned service areas

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
