What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shower Door Installer position at Innovative Closet Designs?
Established in 1985, Innovative Closet Designs is seeking experienced Shower Door Installers to join our team. We install framed, semi-frameless, and frameless shower doors and mirrors in residential homes and commercial sites throughout NJ, NY, and CT.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install framed, semi-frameless, and frameless shower door systems
- Install mirrors
- Work in pairs or small teams to complete installations safely and accurately
- Read and follow installation plans and measurements
- Provide professional service in customers' homes and on commercial jobsites
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience installing shower doors (any type)
- Comfortable working with glass and taking precise measurements
- Willingness to learn our installation standards and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Professional appearance and respectful communication with customers
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs throughout the day
- Able to safely use hand tools, power tools, and drive company vehicles
- Able to read plans clearly, take accurate measurements, and check that work is done right
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
