What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cabinet Shop Team Member/Operator position at Innovative Closet Designs?
Innovative Closet Designs is looking for a Cabinet Shop Team Member/Operator for our melamine department. Prior closet or kitchen cabinet experience is preferred. Daily duties will include operation of the CNC machine, table saw, edge bander, and routers.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machine, table saw, edge bander, and routers
- Assist with basic machine maintenance and let supervision know if something isn’t running as expected
- Coordinate with supervision regarding production plans
- Cut materials accurately using CNC equipment and the table saw
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand measurements accurately
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Hours are 5am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday, overtime may be required to complete jobs
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
