Key Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions
- Learn client products, services, promotions, and sales strategies
- Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Work alongside team leaders to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills
- Participate in daily training, team meetings, and professional development
- Support sales and marketing initiatives throughout the Detroit market
- Contribute to customer engagement and overall team performance
- Assist with mentoring newer team members as leadership skills develop
- Take on additional responsibilities designed to build management and business experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
