We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Caregivers to join our team at Innovative Care Services! In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our care team, providing support and companionship to clients in a residential setting. Position: Caregiver
Location: Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) or Adult Family Home (AFH)
Shifts Available: Full-time and Part-time positions
Compensation: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Times:
- 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
What You’ll Do:
- Support Daily Activities: Plan and engage in leisure activities with clients to ensure enjoyable experiences, and accompany them to appointments or outings.
- Provide Compassionate Care: Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Household Assistance: Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Medication Support: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work as part of a 24/7 care team to support clients with their needs and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Experience in caregiving is preferred but not required – paid training is provided.
- Driver’s License: For some positions, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
- Skills: Compassionate, reliable, and a great team player. Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
