Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in Alexandria, MN. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects within specified timelines and budgets. This role involves coordinating and managing project teams, budgeting, scheduling, expediting materials, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations. The Senior Project Manager will also liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and budget management
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- Strong abilities in Inspection and compliance with building and safety standards
- Proficient in Logistics Management to coordinate activities across multiple projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, MN
- Experience in construction or related fields is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
