Position Requirements
- Certified Welder
- Keen sense of balance and coordination
- Comfortable working at heights & outdoors in various conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Travel required (Mn, Nd, Sd)

- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge in setting columns, beams, joists, trusses & decking
- Connecting steel using bolting & welding
- Ability to assist with the layout and measurements of the materials.
- Reading & interpreting blueprints
- Rigging & Hoisting
- Cutting, drilling, fitting, and assembling steel components
