Full job descriptionQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceHigh school or equivalent (Required)Experience with kids with special needs: 1 Year (Required)Key Responsibilities:Implementing Behavior Plans:Behavior technicians put into practice individualized behavior support plans, which may include teaching new skills and reducing challenging behaviors.Data Collection:They meticulously record data on client progress, tracking skill acquisition and behavior changes.Collaboration:They work closely with the BCBA and other professionals (e.g., therapists, teachers, parents) to ensure consistent and effective treatment.Training:In some cases, they may also train parents and caregivers on how to support the client's progress.Communication:They communicate regularly with the treatment team, providing updates on client progress and any challenges.Benefits:Opportunities for advancementPaid orientationPaid trainingProfessional development assistance Company DescriptionOur team boasts a combined total of 56 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
